Shipping Policy
At Oli & Oak, we want your custom portrait to reach you safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Production & Dispatch Timeline
All portraits are made to order and carefully produced before being shipped. Production times vary depending on order specifications.
- Total time from order to dispatch: approximately 1-2 weeks
During peak periods, including holidays and seasonal demand, delivery may take up to 3 weeks. You will receive email confirmation when your order is placed and when it has been shipped.
2. Delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders within the UAE. International shipping is not offered at this time.
3. Tracking & Communications
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking updates and delivery notifications will be sent directly to you by our delivery partner. Proof of delivery will be provided in the form of a photograph taken at the point of delivery.
4. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. After 2 failed attempts, they will contact you to arrange a final attempt. If delivery cannot be completed after 3 attempts, your order will be returned to us and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
5. Packaging
Every portrait is packaged in a rigid, protective box designed specifically for framed artwork. We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. In the rare event that your item is damaged in transit, please complete our Claims Form within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of both the artwork and the packaging, so we can arrange a resolution.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. Oli & Oak cannot be held responsible for orders dispatched to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at orders@oliandoak.com, quoting your order number and we will do our best to update your details before dispatch.
